The spacious Waverly Surf Apartments feature one and two bedroom apartment homes with large decks, fireplaces, and washer/dryer hook-ups. We also have on-site laundry facilities and off-street parking. Some units offer a sweeping view of the river, while others feature updated lighting, flooring, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. Our recreation room offers billiards, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, an exercise bike, and darts.
