Jeff Reingold, CPM

President and CEO

Jeff Reingold was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and is a graduate of the University of Oregon. In 1974, Jeff founded Income Property Management Co., which he ran successfully for over four decades. In 2022, Income Property Management acquired C&R Real Estate Services Co. in collaboration with its long-standing president, Craig McConachie. This acquisition resulted in the formation of Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG), one of the largest privately held property management firms in the Pacific Northwest.

Jeff is a licensed real estate broker in both Oregon and Washington. Additionally, he has served on the board of the Multifamily Northwest as legislative chair and continues to be actively involved with the Association.
